What Shurink Universe Is<\/h2>\n

Shurink Universe is the current generation of Shurink, a HIFU device developed in Korea and used widely in Korean dermatology. HIFU stands for high-intensity focused ultrasound, sometimes described as micro-focused ultrasound (MFU). The device focuses ultrasound energy to precise depths beneath the surface, typically 1.5, 3.0, and 4.5 millimetres, creating small points of controlled thermal coagulation without breaking the skin.<\/p>\n

The body reads those points as a signal to rebuild. Over the weeks that follow, new collagen forms and the tissue gradually firms and tightens from within. The principle is the same ultrasound lifting mechanism used by Ultherapy; the two differ in how the energy is delivered, which is where the practical differences begin. How Shurink Differs from Ultherapy and Thermage<\/h2>\n

Both are ultrasound lifting devices built on the same focused-ultrasound principle. Ultherapy is the most extensively documented device in the category, uses real-time imaging to visualise the layer being treated, and typically delivers more energy per line; it is usually planned as a single session, often once a year.
