- Cancellations. Travel plans change, and clinics understand that. The courteous approach is to message as early as you can if you need to move or cancel, ideally a few days ahead. Very late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit a deposit, which is standard practice rather than a penalty aimed at visitors.
